What happens when two vintage women meet on a dusty path? Apparently… a full-blown floral explosion! This cheeky mixed media piece takes a black-and-white photograph from another era and gives it a technicolor twist—featuring lush, textured embroidery blooming straight from their heads. Are they gossiping? Daydreaming? Manifesting spring? We’re not sure—but we’re obsessed. Hand-stitched with love (and a whole lot of French knots), it’s a celebration of imagination, memory, and the quiet power of women’s work—past and present.
I have finally uploaded some new product. I would love to hear your feedback.
Lately I’ve been focusing my work on 19th century corsets. And I’ve moved into experimenting with gold work. A new technique is always challenging to learn but I think I’m moving along with it. 😌 Also today, June 12, I’ll be at the at the @carrollhallgarden Pride Market on from 3pm-8pm! Curated by @thewondermarketnyc, this special indoor/outdoor event will feature a 🎵DJ set, 🍻Cash Bar and a 💃Drag Show at 7:30pm. Shoppers can also enjoy the sights and serenity of the venue's lush 🌿botanical garden! Stop by if you’re around.
If you’re in the Brooklyn area next Thursday, please stop by and stay hello. Drinks, a drag show and some handmade products from Brooklyn artisans awaits.

It snowed again last week, so I'm channeling my inner spring yellow. Dorothy Dandridge is available in an acid-free mat or a white shadow box. These brooches are the first jewelry pieces I'm working on. More to come. As always custom orders are welcome.
Marlene Dietrich, Lana Turner and Bette Davis are three pieces I made for the New Year. All of my pieces can be custom made with colors of your choice. I will also welcome special orders.
